Welcome to Noble Floors (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website NobleFloorsUtah.com (the “Site”) and any flooring installation, refinishing, or related services we provide (the “Services”). By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Noble Floors offers residential and commercial flooring services in Utah, including but not limited to hardwood installation, refinishing, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, stone, brick, backsplashes, and bath/shower wall installations. All Services are subject to written estimates, invoices, or service agreements provided at the time of booking.

2. Estimates, Quotes & Change Orders

  • Estimates are provided based on information available at the time of request. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or conditions are discovered.

  • Any modifications to the scope of work must be confirmed in writing through a change order. Additional charges may apply.

  • All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Remove personal items, furniture, and fragile belongings from work areas prior to service (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water, HVAC if needed) are available at the work site.

  • Obtain any necessary permits if required by local regulations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Warranties & Workmanship

  • We stand by our craftsmanship and provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on installation services.

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, water intrusion, or alterations performed by others.

  • Manufacturer warranties for flooring materials apply separately and are the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

5. Payments

  • Payments are due according to the terms listed on your invoice or service agreement.

  • We may require deposits before work begins.

  • Unpaid balances may result in work stoppage, late fees, or collection action as allowed by Utah law.

6. Scheduling & Delays

  • Project timelines are estimates and may change due to material availability, weather, or site conditions.

  • Noble Floors is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Noble Floors and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

  • You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

  • Site content, including images, logos, and text, may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

9. Intellectual Property
